Winter League is $650 per team. Spring team fees and any required deposit are confirmed by 32 Sports. Each athlete’s family completes its own registration and permissions. No payment is collected in this preview.

November 2026 · four weeks

A four-week indoor NFL FLAG league starting November 1, 2026 at GOALS Baltimore. Register an individual athlete or bring your whole team for the November season.

Join us for an exclusive, fun, and exciting girls flag football league designed to develop your child's football skills, build confidence, and inspire personal growth!

Come play with former Baltimore Ravens NFL player Matt Lawrence and friends as they teach the next generation of girls the game of football! Through expert coaching, exciting competition, and a positive, empowering environment, young athletes will learn, grow, and take their game to the next level.

More than just football — we're building confidence, developing champions, and inspiring the next generation of female athletes!

  • Game times and the full season schedule will be announced. Staff will confirm placement and roster requirements.

Spring league packages

Spring 2027 · The Show

Join “The Show” for the Spring 2027 league, April 4–May 23. Evaluations take place April 4, regular-season play begins April 11, and State Championships are May 23.

  • Choose your Spring location below. Frederick plays at Hood College on Sundays at 10 a.m.; Baltimore County plays at UMBC on Sundays at 3 p.m.
  • Your registration jersey is included. Individual game schedules are released closer to the season.
  • This package covers Spring only. Add Winter above if you would like both seasons.

Two-season package

Register for the Spring league described above and continue into the Summer league with one package. This includes Spring, so you do not need to select Spring Only as well.

  • Spring follows the April 4–May 23, 2027 season timeline.
  • Summer dates, locations, and game schedules will be confirmed by 32 Sports.
  • Your registration jersey is included. Winter can be added separately above.

Team registration agreement

This submission does not provide medical or media permission for individual athletes. Each family must complete its own athlete registration and permissions before participation.
